Meet Quinn and Harper Bailey, who were born on February 15 of last year, just 38 minutes apart. The pregnancy progressed as normal, with no one suspecting anything unusual.
The doctor who delivered the twins explained to the couple that this occurrence is quite rare and not understood fully by medical science. The Baileys fell in love with both of their children immediately and wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world.
Nicole shares in an interview with the English newspaper, Matomo, that it is clear that the twins share a strong bond between them and that they light up when they are near each other.
The couple has another child named Lucas, who believes it’s great to have twin sisters, even though Harper is a little different than her sister Quinn. Although the twins are like most twins, there are some differences between them. Among other things, Harper will undergo heart operation at the age of six. She has a congenital heart defect, which is common in children with Down Syndrome.
